二、设备特点：
Machine performance:
1.采用步进送片，使上片、刷耳、输送、切耳、分片连续完成，自动化程度高，节约大量人工；
Step plate feeding, complete lug brushing, conveying, lug cutting and plate cutting continuously. High automation and lower labor cost.
2.较板输送轨道、刷子可精确调节，适应较板尺寸的变化，修正刷子的磨损；滚刷拆装操作简便。
The plate conveyors and brush can be adjusted accurately to adapts to the plate dimension, correct the wear brush. Easy disassembly of the rolling brush.
3.本机采用密封结构，设备吸尘口为侧下吸，以及底部设置铅粉大颗粒集尘箱，方便清扫和整理。符合环保要求，大大节约环保成本；
The machine adopts sealing structure. The suction outlet is under the equipment side. Bottom is equipped with lead powder large particle dust collecting hopper, which is convenient for cleaning and finishing. It conforms to the environmental protection requirements and saves the environmental protection cost greatly.
